5th Amendment

I don't care about Bonds in the least so I haven't been following this story, but I'm almost positive this guy wasn't thrown in the jail for invoking his 5th Amendment rights. That would be a violation of his constitutional rights and any lawyer would have had him out of jail and suing the government within 2 days. There had to be more to it than just him not wanting to incriminate himself.
