Chicago: A fighting chance at Hosting 2016 Olympics

Chicago has a shot at 2016 Olympics. The city, despite trailing Tokyo and other locations, still has time to get the Games, just as London came from behind to nab the 2012 bid.

Will a successfuly Olympic bid be a good thing or a bad thing for the Windy City?
