I would love to know what kind of study was conducted to come to these conclusions. I think it's absurd that they can predict the number of medals based on the size of the country. Sure its a factor...but down to the exact number? I don't think so.

Chicago has a shot at 2016 Olympics. The city, despite trailing Tokyo and other locations, still has time to get the Games, just as London came from behind to nab the 2012 bid.

Hey everyone! I know you were all eagerly awaiting last week's edition of my powerful, accurate, witty, insightful, inspirational, life altering review of last week's Idol performances, but honestly...I knew that my Brooke White was going to be in the bottom 3, so I decided to not do a review last week. Of course the reason she was in the bottom 3 was because of the fact that she sang first last week. And we all know that the american public has such a short attention span, that whoever sings first will always be at a disadvantage. So in much of the same fashion, Michael John is in a bit of trouble this week. Ok, let's just get right to it.

First of all, thank you America for getting the first two week right. David Hernandez (BORING!) and Amanda Overmyer (INSANE CRAZY B@&CH) shouldn't have even made it to the top 24 let alone the top 12. So I'm so thankful that I don't have to fast forward my tivo through their godaweful performances every week.
