There were many rumors regarding the Eagles and some top flight wide receivers in trades before the NFL draft. No offense if you're an eagles fan, but I think the window on McNabb closed a year or two ago. #1 receiver or no, they have no shot this year.

-draft,and the possibility of getting a #1 has seemingly grown brighter. The Bengals could not move Johnson before the draft due to a cap hit,so with 2 #1s to deal and an all pro corner as well to deal, I believe the possibility of getting Johnson is real despite Marvin Lewis' claims he will play in a Bengal uniform or not at all. The Eagle s know despite public statements to the contrary they must have a #1, and the Bengals know keeping Johnson will be a detriment to the team,so a deal can and must be done for the Eagles' sake.
